Metal Free Bridges
Bridges are an affordable option for permanent, non-removable tooth replacement. Bridges are an especially good option for patients who have weak, broken, or decayed teeth on either side of the missing tooth that would benefit from crown coverage. Similar to crowns, we use porcelain or zirconia to provide a natural, metal-free restoration with no black gumlines.
At Premier Dental, we take digital impressions of your prepped bridge which is more accurate than traditional impression trays and avoids that messy impression material! CAD/CAM design and milling allow for stronger restorations that are more precise and natural looking.
