Metal Free Crown & Bridges

Dental Crowns are used to cover a weak or damaged tooth that typically has been broken, cracked, or root canaled. In our office, they are typically made of porcelain or zirconia and are cemented permanently in place to mimic the look and feel of your original tooth. Because we do not use metal, you will not have an unsightly black line at your gum. If you currently have crowns with recession or black lines, we are able to replace them with metal free crowns for a more natural, aesthetic smile.

Bridges are an affordable option for permanent, non-removable tooth replacement. Bridges are an especially good option for patients who have weak, broken, or decayed teeth on either side of the missing tooth that would benefit from crown coverage. Similar to crowns, we use porcelain or zirconia to provide a natural, metal-free restoration with no black gumlines.

At Premier Dental, we take digital impressions of your prepped crown or bridge which is more accurate than traditional impression trays and avoids that messy impression material! CAD/CAM design and milling allow for stronger restorations that are more precise and natural looking.
